KDP Ads Manager · Amazon Sponsored Products

The Amazon Ads dashboard that keeps your history

Amazon's Ads API forgets your campaigns after roughly 60–95 days. Connect it here with your own credentials, pull your Sponsored Products reports, and every day of spend, sales, clicks, orders and ACOS stays in your private account — for as long as you want to look back.

  • Free to use
  • Credentials encrypted, used server-side only
  • You only ever see your own campaigns

Welcome back

Your Amazon Ads data stays private to your account.

Illustrative campaigns and numbers — not a real account.

60–95days

is as far back as the Amazon Ads API will report. After that, the numbers are gone.

Everypull

is stored permanently in your own account. Pull often and the record grows past what Amazon can show you.

3regions

North America, Europe and Far East — every marketplace profile in a region appears once you connect it.

How it works

Three steps, then the history takes care of itself.

The Amazon side is the only part with any friction, and the connect screen walks you through it once. After that a pull is a button.

  1. Create a free account

An email and a password. Nothing to install, nothing to pay.

  2. Connect your Amazon Ads API

Paste the Login-with-Amazon Client ID and Secret from a free security profile, plus a one-time refresh token, and pick your region. The connect screen walks you through each one.

  3. Pull, then keep pulling

Every pull stores campaign, keyword, placement and search-term reports in your private warehouse. Pull regularly and the history keeps growing past the window Amazon lets you see.

Privacy

Private by construction, not by promise.

Your credentials

Stored encrypted. Decrypted only on the server, only to fetch your reports. They never reach the browser.

Your rows

Every query is scoped to your user by the database itself — row-level security — not by the application remembering to.

Your history

It lives in your own account. Export any table as CSV whenever you like.

What you get

Everything the console shows, plus the parts it hides.

Built by a KDP advertiser for the questions the Amazon console cannot answer: what changed, since when, and compared with what.

  • Up to ten periods side by side

Today, the last 7 / 30 / 60 / 90 days, year to date, last year, lifetime — and seasonal windows for Christmas, Easter, Mother's Day and Father's Day.

  • Campaigns and keywords, editable

Budgets, bids, pause and enable, negatives — changed in place and written to a change log you can read back.

  • Placement performance

Top of search, product pages and rest of search, per campaign and per period, with the bid adjustments beside them.

  • Search terms

What customers actually typed before they clicked, with negate candidates ranked by what they cost you.

  • Optimize lists

Kill, cut, scale and watch — built from your own numbers. Nothing applies until you press it.

  • Season and year comparisons

The same keywords across seasons and across years, so a quiet week and a quiet season stop looking alike.

  • Flags and single-keyword campaigns

Mark a pause as deliberate so it reads differently from an ordinary one; promote proven keywords into their own campaigns and watch the pair.

  • Every marketplace, CSV out

North America, Europe and Far East profiles under one login, and every table exports to CSV.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What is the KDP Ads Manager?
A free dashboard for Amazon KDP authors and sellers. It connects to the official Amazon Ads API with your own credentials, pulls your Sponsored Products campaign performance, and shows spend, sales, clicks, orders and ACOS per campaign and per marketplace.
Is my Amazon data private?
Yes. You sign in with your own account, and your credentials are stored encrypted and used only server-side to fetch your data. Every user can only ever see their own campaigns — enforced at the database level.
What do I need to connect?
Three things from Amazon: a Login-with-Amazon Client ID and Client Secret (free security profile), and a one-time refresh token authorizing access to your ads account. The connect screen walks you through it.
Why should I pull data regularly?
The Amazon Ads API only reaches back roughly 60-95 days. This dashboard stores every pull permanently in your account, so pulling regularly builds up a lifetime history that the API alone can never show you.
Which marketplaces are supported?
All Amazon Ads marketplaces. North America (US, CA, MX), Europe (UK, DE, FR, IT, ES) and Far East (JP, AU) each have their own API region — pick the region when connecting and every marketplace profile in it appears.
Does it work for non-KDP Amazon sellers?
Yes — it works with any Amazon Ads account that runs Sponsored Products campaigns. KDP authors are the primary audience, but sellers and vendors can connect the same way.
How is ACOS calculated?
ACOS (Advertising Cost of Sales) is ad spend divided by ad-attributed sales, shown as a percentage. Lower is better: 50% means you spent half of every ad-sales dollar on ads. The dashboard computes it per campaign and for whole periods.
Is it really free?
Yes. Creating an account, connecting the Amazon Ads API and using the dashboard are free. The Amazon Ads API itself is also free to use with your own advertiser account.
